Eurasian music science journal adopts the following policy:

This is an open access journal, which means that all content is freely available without charge to the user or his/her institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author. This is in accordance with the BOAI definition of open access.

Each author grants to EAMS journal permission to make available his or her scholarly articles. More specifically, each author grants to EAMS  journal  Attribution Non-Commercial No Derivatives CC BY-NC-ND licence under copyright relating to each of his or her scholarly articles, in any medium, provided that the articles are not sold for a profit, and to authorize others to do the same. Non-Commercial — You may not use the material for commercial purposes. No Derivatives — If you remix, transform, or build upon the material, you may not distribute the modified material.
The policy applies to all scholarly articles authored or co-authored.
Each author before submission of his/her article to the journal will submit preprint, at no charge, an PDF or MS Office word format to the repository of The State conservatory of Uzbekistan www.conservatory-repository.uz.
The open access policy comes into force on November 15, 2018.
